Tortilla Salad Bowl

Low carb tortillas can be used for a variety of culinary creations. Here, we’ve created an easy-to-make salad bowl.

1 La Tortilla Factory tortilla
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

1.Heat oven to 400°F. Brush tortilla with olive oil and drape over an oven-proof bowl. Place on a jelly roll pan, and bake at 400°F for 5-10 minutes, or until tortilla is crisp and holds its shape.
2.Allow the baked tortilla to cool completely before unmolding it.
