Tequilla Chicken

2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breast
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon chopped garlic in oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
pinch of cayenne pepper(1/8 teaspoon)
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
1/4 bunch finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 oz. Tequilla
1/2 stick butter (reserve for after chicken is cooked)
**Optional: 8 oz. shredded Colby jack cheese

Place chicken and all ingredients except butter in a Bowl and toss to mix thoroughly.

Place on a greased pan and bake for 17-20 minutes at 375 degrees.

When done, top each breast with a small pat of whole butter and let melt.

Serve.

** Melt 8 oz. shredded Colby jack cheese over the cooked chicken. (adds 1 more carb to total carb count)
