| Southwestern Ground Beef Chili
2 1/2 lbs Ground Beef 1.6 Carbs per Serving (without tomatoes) Place the oil, peppers & onions in a large skillet and cook until slightly tender. Add in the ground beef and spices and brown . *Add in the whole tomatoes if you desire but they do add carbs. It's just as good without them. Cook until well done, stirring all the while.
