Outback Steakhouse’s "Alice Springs Chicken"

Fully cook some seasoned Boneless Chicken Breast or Thighs. At the same time fry up some Bacon (75% done), enough for 3-4 slices each breast/thigh.

Once the Chicken and Bacon are finished place the Chicken in a dish then cover with the bacon and pile on Sharp Cheddar, Monterey Jack
