| 1/4 | Cup butter |
| 6 | Eggs (beaten) |
| 3/4 | cup flour -- oat, LCDC, almond, etc. * |
| 1/3 | cup SF Davinci - any flavor ** |
| 2/3 | cup cream (half & half works too) |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp Molasses (optional) tastes fine without this so save the carbs |
1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. Grease non stick 9 x 13 pan (sticks badly if not greased well.)
3. Combine all ingredients. Works ok to use a blender.
4. Pour batter into greased pan.
5. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Serve with syrup. I use Joseph's SF maple syrup that I buy online 6 bottles at a time. Tastes better than regular non SF syrup.
* I use whatever I have on hand usually 1/2 cup whey, 1/4 cup nut flour (pecan, etc.), 1/4 cup oat or LCDC
Make your own nut flour!
** I use English Toffee and/or Brown Sugar. Makes the house smell sooooo good.
Without the molasses the carbs are about 3 per square when whole pan is cut into 8 squares. I cut them and freeze them then take out one for breakfast and nuke it for about 40 seconds. Great with Joseph's Sugar Free syrup as a pancacke or as bread for poached eggs.
