Microwave Chili
1½ lbs ground chuck (or any lean ground beef)
1 Can (28oz) tomatoes - undrained
1 6oz can Tomato Paste
2 Cans kidney beans - undrained
1 medium green pepper - finely chopped
3 Tsp. instant minced or chopped onions
1-2 TBSP. Chili powder
2 Tsp. salt
Mix everything at one time in 2½-3 quart microwavable casserole. Cook
on high for 45 minutes (turn half way thru). Stir and eat.
