Chicken & Rice Casserole
1 Whole cut up chicken (Or whatever parts you like)
½ stick butter
1 Cup uncooked rice
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
Cut up chicken and season as you like it.
Grease baking dish with butter.
Put chicken in dish and sprinkle rice over it.
Mix soups together and pour over rice.
Bake at 300 for approx. 1½ hours or till chicken tender.
