No-Bake Cheese Cake

1 Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
1 Pkg (8 oz) cream cheese - softened
Cup sugar
1 Cup (½ pint) sour cream
2 Tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz frozen Cool Whip topping - thawed
Fresh fruit for garnish

Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar.

Blend in sour cream and vanilla.

Fold in Cool Whip, blending well.

If you want to add color you can do it now with food coloring.

Spoon into crust and chill till set at least 4 hours. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
