Cheese Balls

1 Pkg cream cheese (about 4 oz)
1 Pkg Bleu cheese (about 3 oz)
1 Stick butter
crumbled bacon

Mix all together until nice and soft.

Wet hands and make ball & roll in bacon.

Variations:

I make 2 or 3 smaller balls and roll each one in different toppings: bacon, chopped nuts, or whatever you like.

Refrigerate until firm and serve with crackers.
